The Wylde App — Membership Terms

The agreement between you and Wylde Wellbeing when you join the app. Short, and in plain English, because terms you cannot read are not terms you have agreed to.

1 Who you are agreeing with

The Wylde App is provided by Wylde Wellbeing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 14340272, at Highcroft, Factory Road, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, CF71 7JD. You can reach us at info@wyldewellbeing.uk.

These terms apply when you create an account and take out a membership at app.wyldewellbeing.uk. By joining, you agree to them. If you are working with Emily through the Capacity Protocol™, your separate coaching agreement governs that work — these terms cover the app only.

2 What membership includes

Membership gives you access to everything in the app for as long as your membership is active:

  • The Whole-Wellness™ wave — five lenses and a centre, with the research a tap below.
  • The Wylde Energy Economy — daily log, activity ledger, pace planner, weekly reflection and Wellness Plan.
  • Private journalling, by lens and by cascade stage.
  • The repository — guides, tools and reading.
  • Your Capacity Equation, built in your own words and kept.

The app is evergreen rather than live. It does not run to a timetable, there are no scheduled calls, and nothing in it requires you to show up on a particular day. We may add to it, change it, or retire parts of it over time. If we remove something substantial that you rely on, we will tell you.

There is no community layer, and there is not going to be one. No chat, no comments, no feed, and no way for one member to see another. The app holds your own state, not your social life.

3 What membership is not

This work is coaching, not therapy or medical care; it lives forward. If something surfaces that belongs with a clinician, please reach for one — your GP, or someone you trust. Asking for that help is not the opposite of leadership. It's one of its bravest forms.

The app is a coaching and self-tracking tool. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose anything, it does not treat anything, and nothing in it is medical advice. It does not replace your GP or any clinician, and no clinical decision should be made on the strength of it.

It is also not a health record. We deliberately hold no appointments, prescriptions, test results or clinician correspondence, and you should not use it as the only place your health information lives.

The app is not monitored

Nobody reads what you write here. There is no monitoring of any kind — no person reviewing entries, no automated scanning, no AI, and no alert raised by anything you type. Writing something down, however hard, does not reach Emily or anyone else, and no one will contact you because of it. That privacy is deliberate; it also means the app cannot respond in a crisis and must never be relied on to.

We do not undertake to detect that you are in difficulty, and we are not able to. The app provides no crisis service, no emergency response, no clinical oversight and no duty of monitoring, and none of those is part of what you are paying for. If you need help, please use one of the routes below rather than the app.

If your life or someone else's is in danger now, call 999. If it is urgent but not life-threatening, call NHS 111 and press 2 for mental health. The Samaritans are on 116 123, free, at any hour. You can text SHOUT to 85258 if speaking is too much. The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is 0808 2000 247. And your GP is the right route for anything that belongs with a clinician. These are also gathered in the app, on every screen, and at app.wyldewellbeing.uk/support.

4 Joining, and what it costs

Founding membership is £22 a month. Your rate is held for life. When founding membership closes it becomes £33 a month, and founding members stay at £22 for as long as they stay.

Membership is a rolling monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month on the date you joined, and continues until you cancel it. Prices include VAT where it applies; VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax based on where you are.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it, and we may suspend access until it succeeds — your content is not deleted while this is happening.

You must be 18 or over to join, and the account is yours alone. Please do not share your login.

5 Changing your mind

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Because membership gives you access straight away, by joining you are asking us to start the service immediately.

Inside those 14 days, tell us you have changed your mind and we will refund the part of the month you have not used, worked out by the day. Your access starts the moment you join, so the days you have had are the part we keep. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of you telling us.

After those first 14 days it works differently. You can cancel at any time, your membership runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund part-months. We do not charge you again after you cancel.

6 Leaving

You can leave whenever you like, from your own account page, without having a conversation about it first.

Cancelling stops the next payment and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your content stays where it is unless you also delete your account.

Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate step, and it removes your profile, your journal, your saved resources, your lens progress and every row of your energy economy data. It is irreversible — there is no archive and no way for us to restore it. The Privacy Notice sets out exactly what is deleted and what we are required to keep.

7 Capacity Protocol™ members

If you are working with me through the Capacity Protocol™, your membership is included for twelve months. There is nothing for you to do here.

A complimentary membership is not charged and has nothing to cancel. If it comes to an end and you would like to carry on, you can take out a membership at the rate in force at that time.

8 What you write, and what we own

What you write in the app is yours. You keep every right in it, we claim no licence over it, and we do not read it, monitor it, publish it, share it, or use it to train AI tools. How it is stored and deleted is set out in the Privacy Notice.

Everything else in the app is ours. The Whole-Wellness™ model, the Theory of Sustainable Capacity, the Capacity Protocol™, the five lenses, the cascade stages, the guides, the essays, the design and the code remain the intellectual property of Wylde Wellbeing Ltd and are protected by copyright and trade mark.

Your membership is a personal licence to use that material for your own reflection and practice. It does not let you copy it, republish it, teach from it, sell it, or use it to build something of your own. If you would like to use any of it in your own work, ask — the answer is often yes, and it is a conversation rather than a refusal.

9 Using the app reasonably

Please do not attempt to break into the app, disrupt it for other members, scrape its content, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or close an account that does. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

10 Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not promise it will never be down. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a problem at Supabase, Vercel or Stripe. If there is a substantial outage, we will extend affected memberships rather than leave you short.

11 Changes to these terms, and to the price

We may update these terms — to reflect a change in the app, or a change in the law. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. If you do not want to accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Your own rate will not go up while you stay a member. Your rate is held for life. When founding membership closes it becomes £33 a month, and founding members stay at £22 for as long as they stay. If we ever needed to change the price for existing members, we would give at least 30 days' notice and you could cancel first.

12 If something goes wrong

Please tell us: info@wyldewellbeing.uk. Complaints are handled under the Wylde Wellbeing Complaints Procedure, available at wyldewellbeing.uk. Complaints about how we handle your data are covered in the Privacy Notice.

Because the app is a self-guided tool rather than a monitored service, we are not responsible for anything that follows from our not seeing what you have written — we have not undertaken to see it, and cannot. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Beyond that, and because this is a low-cost membership rather than a professional engagement, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If any of this is unclear, please ask before you join rather than after — info@wyldewellbeing.uk.

if you need help now

Nobody reads what you write here. The app is not monitored, there is no one on the other side of it, and writing something down — however hard — does not reach me or anyone else. That privacy is deliberate. It also means the app cannot help in a crisis, so here is where help actually lives.
